Yorkshire is a great county to visit and features over 800 attractions, from World Heritage Sites to mining museums, ruined castles and abbeys, to hands on museums.  You'll find serene gardens and unique breweries, thrilling rides and industrial heritage.  From attractions and museums to sports and galleries, from the history-lover to the inquisitive child, there's something for everyone.

Check-in in most of our properties is 3pm and on day of departure you will need to depart by 10am please so we can clean and prepare for the new guests.  On request we may be able to be flexible on these timesdepending upon incoming guests.

Masham is easy to find ... but sometimes the Satnav will take you on a tour so follow our directions ...

NORTHBOUND A1: Masham turn off from the A1 is now via Exit 50, signed ‘A61 Ripon’. Take the 2nd exit at the roundabout onto the slip road, this is currently signed Quernhow Café.  Follow the slip road to the next roundabout, take the first exit onto the B6267 and follow into Masham.

SOUTHBOUND A1: Take the exit signed Bedale/Leeming Bar A684. You come to a new roundabout, follow the signs to A684 Bedale, carry on through Bedale and onto the B6268 to Masham.

If you are coming ‘overland’, enjoy a little exploring the Dales on your way to Masham and certainly call us if you would like any advice on the scenic routes.

In the cooler months we will have the heating and lights on for your arrival to our properties so you can be sure of a warm welcome and a hot cup of tea.  We like to welcome all our guests in person but if it looks like you will be arriving very late we can arrange to leave a key out for you if necessary.
